Overview

VANRATH are excited to be working alongside a leading Legal/Professional Services organisation with a great reputation for the recruitment of a Workplace Coordinator.

This is a role in the company's Belfast office. This is a Monday - Friday position - Flexibility can also be offered - later start or early finish.

Salary is £24,765 for 37.5 hours a week. Permanent position.

What You'll Do
  • Be the face of the office: greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, events, catering, AV setup, and hospitality with precision.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies, kitchens, and shared areas - neat, stocked, and ready.
  • Respond to internal and external queries efficiently (via phone/email).
  • Assist with printing, scanning, and general administrative support.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and caterers to deliver high-quality service.
  • Occasionally support early morning or evening events (pre-agreed hours).
What You'll Bring
  • At least 12 months' experience in a professional office environment (legal/professional services a plus).
  • Confident using Outlook, Word, and AV tools.
  • Smart, polished, and personable with a 'can-do' mindset.
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
