Processing amendments for products, including pricing, content, availability and operational updates.

Supporting the end-to-end activation of new operators and products, including system configuration, testing and launch activities.

Working closely with Growth Managers to support their operator accounts and ensure a high standard of service.

Supporting large-scale migration projects by helping onboard products and operators onto new platforms.

Maintaining accurate data across multiple systems while identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly. You're organised, methodical and thrive in an environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

You'll bring:

Previous experience in an administrative, operations support or product administration role.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate information across multiple systems.

Confidence working across a variety of digital platforms and learning new systems quickly.

Strong written communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

A proactive approach to problem solving with the ability to work independently.

Experience supporting customers, suppliers or business partners in an administrative environment.

What is in it for you?

Our benefits include:

25 days holiday, increasing with service (up to 28)

Option to buy up to 10 extra days + 4 flexible bank holidays
