NHS Scotland is seeking a part-time administrative assistant for the Rehabilitation Service. The role involves communicating with patients, managing referrals, and providing essential administrative support using Microsoft Office 365. This post provides secretarial and administrative support to the Rehabilitation Service in North West Glasgow. The service provides inter-disciplinary rehabilitation to people in their own homes and receives referrals from a range of sources and by a range of methods. The post-holder is required to staff the effective delivery of the service’s central point of contact with patients and other health and social care staff for referrals and enquiries. Alongside this will be the provision of administration to ensure the efficient and effective running of the service using a variety of office systems and as delegated by the Senior Business Support Assistant. The post-holder is required to use initiative and resource while exercising a high degree of confidentiality, diplomacy and tact.
