Job summary

East Ayrshire Council is seeking a temporary, full-time HR Administration role based in Kilmarnock. The successful candidate will support key objectives in the People & Culture Service Plan. Job Description

Contribute to the effective processing of HR Administration within the People and Culture Service to support the promotion, delivery, and integration of key objectives outlined in the People & Culture Service Plan and the Community Plan.

The Individual

This is a temporary, full-time role based at the Opera House, 8 John Finnie Street, Kilmarnock. The contract is valid until 31 March 2026. Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

The annual salary range is £25,953 to £27,173.
