Job Description:

The shift pattern for this position is Monday – Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.

This role is within the business support team, providing administrative and secretarial support to the Alcohol and Drug Recovery Services (ADRS) and the Care and Treatment multidisciplinary team in the North West HSCP area.

The post supports frontline staff across three locations, offering assessment and support services to patients with drug or alcohol addiction. Tasks include processing referrals, updating systems (Carefirst, EMIS, DAIS), managing waiting times, typing correspondence, minute-taking, and front-line reception duties, including answering calls. This essential role ensures smooth operational service delivery to patients.

  • Competence in using a range of computer packages, evidenced by experience or formal qualification (e.g., ECDL).
  • Knowledge of working in an office environment and operating office equipment and systems.
