Middlesbrough Council—Teesside Coroners Service—is seeking a Business Support and Development Officer to provide technical and administrative support, respond to the public, and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
You will input data onto bespoke software, issue legal documentation within required timescales, and manage all administrative procedures involved in setting inquests, requiring strong IT and front-line service experience.
We have an exciting role on offer within our Coroners Service as a Business Support and Development Officer.
Teesside Coroners Service is committed to providing a quality service with a customer focus. You will be required to provide a wide range of technical and administrative support, including responding to the public, maintaining professional relationships with all stakeholders, accurately inputting data onto bespoke software, issuing legal documentation within the required timeframe and dealing with all administrative procedures involved with the setting of inquests.
Excellent interpersonal and IT skills are required with experience of working in a front line service.
