Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrator to join our team at Willis Towers Watson in Reigate. The role is based in a modern office with onsite parking. Initially, it will be office-based, transitioning to a hybrid model after a few months, requiring at least two days in the office weekly.

This role offers opportunities to develop skills in team collaboration, administration, and organisation. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating travel, and maintaining professional communication with clients.

The Role

The support will include, but not be limited to:

  • Providing high-level administrative support for efficiency and reliability.
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling logistics such as catering, AV setup, venue support, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Arranging travel including trains, flights, taxis, and hotels.
  • Completing timesheets and expenses accurately and timely.
  • Producing client materials like reports, letters, meeting notes, and presentations, ensuring they adhere to company templates and branding; proofreading non-technical materials.
  • Assisting with monthly billing, including invoice preparation, budget tracking, and meeting deadlines for client deliverables.
  • Updating internal client management systems with contact info, proposals, activities, and mailings.
  • Attending and contributing to internal meetings.
  • Supporting client contracting by loading contracts into databases and assisting with financial project code setup.
