North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board is seeking a passionate Business Support Administrator (Special Projects Marketing and Communications) to support communications, engagement and marketing for the Movement 26.2 programme.

Movement 26.2 is a new national movement designed to help people build more activity into everyday life, starting with walking. It supports the prevention ambitions set out in the NHS 10 Year Health Plan by making physical activity feel simple and achievable.

Main duties of the job

You will support the planning and coordination of a communications and engagement approach that mobilises NHS organisations across the country to support the Movement 26.2 programme. This will include developing plans, core messaging, materials and toolkits, ensuring they complement existing prevention, personalised care, neighbourhood health and workforce wellbeing activity.

Qualifications

• RSA/NVQ level 3 or equivalent relevant experience
• Significant business support level experience and acquired knowledge of relevant process or procedures.
• Significant experience of providing project/business level support
• Demonstrable level of experience of Microsoft Office package including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and One Note.
• Project based software packages.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Microsoft Project

Physical Skills

• Advanced keyboard skills.
• Ability to Independently travel as required to meet the requirements of the role.
