Procurement Services provides public sector organisations with compliant procurement and contract management services across 5 customer facing brands nationally. They are seeking a highly organised and motivated Business Support Administrator to join our fast- paced teams in Kent and Oxfordshire.

It’s an exciting time to join the business as Procurement Services have undergone a large growth period and this new opportunity has become available to support our fantastic Senior Leadership Team and ensure operations run smoothly.

The successful candidate will be based in Kings Hill, Kent however must be prepared to travel to Oxfordshire when required therefore a driving licence and access to own vehicle would be desirable for this role.

  • Provide support to Senior Leadership Team by scheduling meetings, events, diary management.
  • Creation of meeting agendas, taking minutes, and reporting on actions taken from the meeting
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Coordination of travel arrangements, lunches and accommodation for Senior Leadership Teams when required
  • Point of contract for internal and external communications ensuring queries are directed to the appropriate team members
  • Project support when required

What we need from you -

  • Excellent level communication skills written and verbal, able to build rapport with colleagues at all levels of the business
  • Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple diaries simultaneously and prioritise work
  • Experienced using Microsoft Packages including Powerpoint and Word
  • A can-do positive attitude, someone who wants to get stuck in and go above and beyond when possible
  • Previous Business Support experience would be desirable
