Role Responsibilities

As a Business Support Administrator, you'll support 7 recruitment consultants with onsite administrative duties.

Contracts Administration:

  • Creating contracts, letters, and mail shots at the request of the Recruitment team.
  • Processing queries and providing information relating to contractors.
  • Updating candidate records according to contract terms (rate changes, site changes, extensions).
  • Creating bookings on the payroll database.

General Administration:

  • Maintaining the work area, following security and health and safety procedures.
  • Managing CVs in line with GDPR law.
  • Candidate onboarding (eligibility, references).
  • Processing stationary requests.
  • Sorting, distributing, and frank mailing.
  • Performing other duties as required.

Reception Cover:

  • Greeting visitors and announcing arrivals.
  • Advising visitors on security procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in an admin role.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
