Job summary

Vision Talent Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic Business Teacher to join a well-established FE college in Mansfield on a full-time, temporary basis until 18 December. You will deliver engaging Business lessons to 16-18 year olds, supporting their academic development and helping them achieve positive outcomes in a dynamic college setting.

The role requires a teaching qualification (PGCE/Cert Ed/QTS or equivalent) and experience delivering Business Studies in FE or secondary education.

Qualifications

Teaching qualification required (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, QTS or equivalent).
Relevant qualifications in Business Studies, Business Management, Economics or related subject area.
Experience delivering Business Studies in FE or secondary education.
Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one before starting.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons across FE programmes.
Plan, prepare, and assess learning in line with awarding body specifications.
Support learners in developing understanding of business concepts including marketing, finance, entrepreneurship and management.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, achievement and learner progress.
Create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Support learners in achieving academic and personal goals.
