A popular, high-performing secondary school in Lambeth is seeking a Business Studies & Economics Teacher to join their team from September 2025.
Due to increased student interest in both subjects, there is flexibility in timetable allocation and subject focus. The Head of Faculty is committed to finding the right personality fit for the team and is open to adjusting responsibilities accordingly.
Experienced teachers may choose to teach KS5 and have options to take on BTEC and GCSE year groups. There are also TLRs available, such as Head of Economics, Lead BTEC Business Studies Teacher, or Deputy Head of Year.
ECTs can also apply, with opportunities to teach KS5 depending on confidence and strengths. Support includes a dedicated mentor, bespoke induction, and additional training.
Applicants not interested solely in Business Studies are encouraged to apply, as there is flexibility to include Economics and some KS3 Maths teaching.
