Job summary

OpenTrain AI is seeking experienced professionals for remote, part-time AI consulting work. 20+ hours per week with flexible scheduling, paid hourly as an independent contractor.

You’ll craft strategy prompts, evaluate AI analyses using structured frameworks, and provide detailed feedback to help improve AI models. Applicants should have at least one year in a top management consulting firm, an undergraduate degree from a top university, and superb written English.

• At least one year at a leading management consulting firm or similar organization, including some experience from the past seven years.
• An undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university.
• Excellent written English, strong structured problem-solving and business analysis skills, and the ability to explain complex judgments clearly.
• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
