Qualifications

• At least one year at a leading management consulting firm or similar organization, including some experience from the past seven years.
• An undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university.
• Excellent written English, strong structured problem-solving and business analysis skills, and the ability to explain complex judgments clearly.
• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic business strategy and consulting prompts for AI to solve
• Evaluate AI-generated business analysis using structured consulting frameworks
• Write clear model answers and detailed feedback on the quality of the reasoning
• Explain where an AI response misses the mark, so the team can improve it
