Position Overview:

Zones EMEA is going through an exciting period of transformation and are looking for a Business Solutions Architect to work closely across departments in reviewing our current systems and processes whilst identifying alignment and improvements. The role will initially be a 6-month FTC with the potential to be extended to 12 months.

What you’ll do as the Business Solutions Architect

EXPERIENCE:

• Prior experience in sales
• Good understanding of various CRM systems
• Detailed understanding of D365 and CE
• Prior experience in Business Process Engineering
• Working as part of a global enterprise and understanding how accounts work across multiple countries / currencies
• Prior experience with Power BI
• Self-driven and ability to work autonomously to deliver results (demonstrate specific examples)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Business Process Owners to define and standardise business processes for enterprise customer account support, order management, pricing management and export order management and enable value realization.
• Break down existing workflows into fundamental steps and critically evaluate how they can be improved. It’s about recreating core business processes to achieve better outcomes, such as increased productivity and reduced costs.
• Perform business process re-engineering, leading to increased efficiency, improved workflows, and better customer satisfaction.
• Help Sales navigate system, obtain their full buy-in, and be super users/champions for wider adoption across Zones.
• Fundamentally rethink how Zones should operate by analyzing and redesigning workflows and business processes. The goal is to enhance customer service, reduce operational costs, and make the organization more competitive.
• Align key stakeholders on the direction of the global processes and build consensus.
• To be able to consolidate all business requirements into a Road Map for system implementation.
• Assist with problem management. Actively engage in identifying issues and subsequent solutions, whilst working collaboratively across teams and classifying and managing associated risks.
• Develop methods to monitor, track and report key process indicators and develop appropriate governance policies to ensure process compliance.
• Participate in system integration and user acceptance end-to-end testing and raise concerns and potential solutions to leadership.

What you will bring to the team:

• Acting as a translator between the non-technical business stakeholders and the technical engineers and vice versa.
• Support third parties working for or in conjunction with our overall requirements, ensuring that they meet our standards and ways of working.
• Collaborate with each area of the technology teams to share the technology strategy so it is realised.
• Identify potential risks and challenges in the creation and implementation of the strategy and design process and devise mitigation actions to ensure successful adoption.
• Experience working within a complex technology transformation, within a significant IT consultancy business (or similar).
• Proven experience in developing a credible and practical target architecture for the domain, which supports the business strategy.
• Exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a focused, simple, and commercially relevant manner to a senior audience.
• Exceptional influencing skills, with the ability to advise and recommend with real credibility at all levels and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
