Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced professional to lead the accounts and financial reporting service line for a portfolio of audited clients in the UK. The role emphasizes delivering efficient processes, managing working capital, and building robust client relationships both externally and with internal teams.

The candidate should be ACA/ACCA qualified with proven experience in financial reporting advisory, statutory accounts, and complex engagements, plus strong project leadership and business

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualified.
• Experience in a senior role delivering financial reporting advisory services, preparing statutory accounts, or providing audit support to complex organisations.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Track record of overseeing a diverse client portfolio and meeting tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated business development capability, including identifying opportunities and converting them into successful engagements.
• Well-versed in FRS 102 and IFRS reporting frameworks.
• Knowledge of accounting for long-term contracts, share-based payments, and group reconstructions.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Collaborative approach with clients and the wider BS&O team.
