We're looking for a commercially focused and relationship-led Business Savings Development Manager to help position Leek Building Society as a trusted savings partner within our local business communities.
This is a highly visible role combining business development, professional networking and relationship management. You'll proactively connect with local businesses, SMEs, community partners and professional networks across Leek and the surrounding areas, using these relationships to generate leads and attract new business savings customers.
You’ll manage business customers throughout the full lifecycle of their relationship with the Society, from providing guidance during onboarding through to conducting regular reviews, identifying further deposit opportunities and supporting long-term retention and balance growth.
You’ll also represent the Society at networking events, conferences, business forums and community activities, helping to strengthen our profile and reputation. Internally, you’ll work closely with our branch teams, Marketing, Risk and Compliance while acting as a subject matter expert for business savings products.
