Job Description:

Business Software Consultant

Purpose

BSCs are responsible for outbound & inbound sales prospecting. Their work involves generating and qualifying new leads, and booking demos for a BDM to sell the product.

Reports to

Sales Floor Manager

Hours of work

Monday – Saturday, 40 hours shifts. Monday – Friday 8:45am – 5:30pm, and 1 Saturday in 4, 10am – 2pm.

Internal and External Relationships

Head of Sales, Head of Telesales, Sales Enablement Manager, Senior Sales Floor Manager, Sales Floor Manager

Responsibilities include:

  • Achieving monthly KPIs and metrics.
  • Managing the pipeline daily for a dynamic sales process.
  • Collaborating with peers and BSCs to ensure high team performance.
  • Leading by example to promote high-quality performance and demo bookings via BDM.
  • Structuring your day autonomously for optimal performance.
  • Becoming an expert in our products and services for a consultative sales approach.
  • Engaging with decision-makers professionally at senior levels.
  • Building effective relationships with customers through probing and communication.
  • Representing the company professionally, discussing our brand, values, and products.
  • Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
  • Being accountable for performance at all levels.
  • Generating opportunities via social selling and referrals.
  • Achieving targets in a compliant manner.

Key requirements:

  • 2 years of sales or industry experience.
  • Proactive and self-motivated towards targets.
  • Outgoing personality, organized, tenacious.
  • Professional, articulate, self-managed.
  • Ambitious with a success-driven mindset.
