Introduction
What’s the role
To support Adult Learning’s Business Resources team involving managing reception and front counter face to face, enrolling new and existing learners at the counter and over the phone, collecting course fees as well as setting up and maintaining office administrative working processes.
This role is Full time - 35 hours per week

The successful candidate must be confident in their own abilities to deal with immediate problems along with great interpersonal skills.
Experience in dealing with data and analysis of information as well as discretion when dealing with confidential information is key.
Applicants will need to demonstrate experience of organised administrative work or in a customer services role using and updating administrative systems and processes.
Location
Working primarily at our Brockley Rise Centre, 2 Brockley Rise, London, SE23 1PR. There will also be requirements to work from other centres to complete training or cover leave.
