Job Description:

TreasurySpring is the product of an obsession with fixing the fundamental structural problems in money markets. Our fascination with the sector began painfully, during the Global Financial Crisis of 2008, where we had a front-row seat to watch the evaporation of liquidity in fixed income and the near collapse of the entire short-dated funding markets.

We have been on a mission to help deliver more sustainable solutions for the money markets ever since, and we launched TreasurySpring in 2018 to offer institutional clients a single gateway to the broadest range of the best risk-adjusted cash investment options. As a fast-growing London-based financial technology company, we deliver a unique solution to a global multi-trillion-dollar problem, delivered globally from our offices in London and New York.

Our regulated Fixed-Term Fund platform delivers new digital pipelines to connect cash-rich firms to institutional borrowers. Clients include large Private Equity funds, Asset Managers, listed Corporates, high-growth tech companies and many more.

The role: Business Project Lead

This role is designed for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will play a key role in keeping operations running efficiently by managing projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and acting as a strategic partner in executing the company’s operational goals. This role is perfect for someone with strong project management experience, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work across multiple teams to drive initiatives forward.

What you’ll do: Responsibilities

  • Project Management & Execution: Drive and oversee key operational projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive execution by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Accountability & Follow-ups: Keep projects and initiatives moving forward by tracking tasks, setting and enforcing deadlines, and ensuring that key deliverables don’t fall through the cracks. Provide regular updates to leadership on progress and outstanding actions.
  • Strategic Support: Work closely with the Head of Operations to execute broader business initiatives. Provide insights, research, and hands-on support to help shape strategy and improve operational efficiency across the company.
  • Workflow & Process Optimisation: Analyse existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, then implement improvements to streamline operations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, repeatable processes that enhance productivity and reduce friction.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between different teams (Financial Operations, Onboarding, Product, Legal, Tech) to ensure alignment on priorities and help resolve any blockers that could impact execution.
  • Data & Reporting: Monitor key operational metrics and create reports that provide actionable insights. Use data to track performance, highlight trends, and support informed decision-making across leadership and operational teams.
  • Ad-hoc Problem Solving: Support the Head of Operations in tackling new challenges as they arise. Act as a problem-solving resource, collaborating with various teams to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for: Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in operations, strategy, consulting, or project management roles (preferably in a fintech or scale-up environment).
  • Project Management Skills: Proven experience in managing complex projects, setting deadlines, and driving execution.
  • Organisational Excellence: Ability to track multiple workstreams, follow up effectively, and ensure things get done. Good attention to detail.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align teams.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to break down complex problems and find practical solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with tech teams and developing specs
  • Proactive & Driven: Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Finance background: Understanding of financial concepts desirable but not required

What we offer: Benefits

  • Competitive salary, depending on experience
  • Equity and quarterly bonus scheme
  • Hybrid office-working model - we're in a great location near Green Park station in London
  • Enhanced Parental Leave and Pay
  • Complete Bupa HealthCare Cover
  • Life Insurance
  • Income Protection Insurance
  • Access to Yulife (Employee Assistance Programme)
  • Remote Office set-up budget
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
  • A fun and dynamic working environment with regular team-building activities and events
