Job description

A global luxury brand is recruiting for a Global Record to Report (R2R) Process Manager. This is a highly strategic appointment for a business undergoing huge finance and business transformation, aimed at leading strategy, operational design and policy throughout the group.

Responsibilities:

As the Global Record to Report (R2R) Process Manager, you will be:

• Owning the end to end R2R process with the view of driving business process optimisation across geographies and business units
• Leading cross-functional collaboration, acting as a trusted business partner to global heads of department and business unit Directors
• Designing the global process for governance, compliance and continuous improvement purposes
• Implementing key controls frameworks working with the Head of Business Transformation and local finance leads
• Acting as an agent for change across the organisation driving insights and establishing robust KPIs reporting back to C-suite on continuous efficiency changes

Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be:

• ACA or CA trained from a top 4 public accounting practice
• Able to demonstrate extensive experience with R2R process ownership and design
• Able to work with ambiguity within an evolving business
• Utilising stakeholder management and engagement skills to work as a trusted business partner across an international organisation
