Job description

Join us as a Business Process Lead and take ownership of end-to-end process improvement across Cynergy Bank. This is a permanent opportunity to drive enterprise-wide transformation, redesigning critical business processes, influencing senior decision-makers and delivering measurable improvements to efficiency, risk management and customer experience.

If you're currently working in consulting, transformation or operational excellence, this is an opportunity to move beyond advising and take ownership of delivering meaningful change from concept to implementation.

What’s the opportunity?

This is a high-impact role for a process improvement leader who wants to do more than optimise at the margins.

You will lead structured process improvement across the Bank—working across IT, Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal and wider business functions to identify inefficiencies, redesign processes and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will operate at the heart of Transformation, partnering with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, define future state operating models and drive implementation from concept to realised benefit. This is a role that combines strategic influence, hands‑on delivery, and measurable impact—ideal for someone who can move confidently between analysis, design, stakeholder engagement and execution.

Salary:

£80,000 – £110,000 depending on experience

Where You Will Work

You’ll enjoy hybrid working, with a minimum of 3 days per week in our London office and the remainder from home.
