Qualifications

• Experience in workflow automation, process improvement, software development, or AI solution development.

We are looking for a Business Process AI Developer to identify, design, and build AI solutions that improve how the business operates. This role will focus on using AI to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and create smarter internal processes across teams.

The successful candidate will combine process thinking, technical development skills, and practical AI experience. They will work closely with business stakeholders to understand how work is currently done, identify inefficiencies, and build AI-powered tools and automations that make operations faster, simpler, and more scalable.

Varied Day To Day Responsibilities

• Understanding of governance, privacy, and responsible AI considerations
