Whether from top-tier strategy consultancy or a mix of consulting and in-house experience, this role offers a fast track to executive leadership. Based in London (Victoria), reporting directly to the UK MD, you will have a central role at Verisure with a tangible impact in a fast-growing organization.

The UK is a key growth market, with a history of rapid expansion since 2015, and employs around 1,500 people. The UK MD, Edouard Rekko, has a track record of promoting Chiefs of Staff/Transformation Leads into leadership roles, with 80% advancing to director level.
During onboarding (first 3-9 months), focus on integration and supporting strategic discussions. In the acceleration phase, take ownership of complex, multi-departmental projects. In the transition phase, grow into a broader business role and prepare for succession.
