Role Overview

We now call this role Business Planning & Transformation Lead—previously known as Chief-of-Staff. It’s about becoming leadership, not just supporting it! Whether from top-tier strategy consultancy or a mix of consulting and in-house experience, this role offers a fast track to executive leadership. Based in London (Victoria), reporting directly to the UK MD, you will have a central role at Verisure with a tangible impact in a fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with senior leaders across various levels, owning critical projects, driving transformation, and shaping strategic direction.
• Support strategic discussions, prepare quarterly updates, and facilitate key management team meetings.
• Lead and own strategic projects, from concept to implementation, in acceleration and transition phases.
• Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the MD and Management Team.

Role Phases & Expectations

During onboarding (first 3-9 months), focus on integration and supporting strategic discussions. In the acceleration phase, take ownership of complex, multi-departmental projects. In the transition phase, grow into a broader business role and prepare for succession.

Candidate Profile

• Proven top performer from a top-tier consulting firm with a track record of managing high-impact projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related fields from a leading institution.
• Experience in fast-paced B2B2C or B2C environments, ideally with in-house experience.
• Multinational experience, fluency in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
