Role Overview

We now call this role Business Planning & Transformation Lead—previously known as Chief-of-Staff. It’s a strategic position that involves more than support; it’s about becoming leadership! Whether from a top-tier strategy consultancy or a blend of consulting and in-house experience, this role offers a fast track to executive leadership. Based in London (Victoria), reporting directly to the UK MD, you’ll have a central role at Verisure with significant impact in a fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior leaders across the organization, managing critical projects, driving transformation, and shaping strategic direction.
• Support strategic discussions, prepare quarterly updates, and lead major strategic initiatives during your onboarding and acceleration phases.
• Own and deliver high-impact projects, such as developing go-to-market strategies, enhancing market positioning, and implementing process changes.
• Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the MD and Management Team.

Candidate Profile

We seek proactive, solution-oriented individuals with a proven track record from top-tier consulting or in-house roles, experience in multinational settings, and fluency in English. Skills in problem-solving, agility, communication, and leadership are essential.
