• Salary: between £39,360 and £46,305 dependent on experience plus 10% bonus

You will be part of an energetic and innovative environment with more than 50 different nationalities at our state-of-the-art EMEA HQ at Stockley Park, Uxbridge.

What we ask

• Create product performance reports and analyse the sales progression and results for office products.
• Engage with Product Management, Sales to highlight challenges and propose counter measures when performance deviates from the plan.
• Manage pricing information to update price change or new product price with product planning in system, database and administration.
• Take a role to manage budget process and administration (e.g. setup the budget infrastructure, schedule/process management and so on).
• Manage the support process to have the right communication and accurate information with each stakeholder.
  
  Skills:
• Expert in Microsoft Excel, Power Query and Power BI report development and data visualisation (Microsoft Power BI certification desirable).
• Knowledge of MS access and tools and techniques such as SQL data connections and DAX to automate, as far as possible, the gathering, processing, and presentation of reports in systems.
• Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation.
• Strong analytical skills for the efficient designing and implementing of reports and processes and the ability to adhere to timescales whilst ensuring all data and reports are accurate, current, complete, and consistent.
  

You will need

As a Business Planning Specialist:

• You will have previous experience in a similar position, demonstrating experience of analysing requirements and developing reports and data frameworks.
• Have experience of managing remote stakeholders across multiple regions and cultures.
• You will be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver assignments on time
• A strategic thinker with the ability to see the bigger picture
• Business English (Written and Spoken)
• Competent in business software such as Word and Power Point.
• Available to travel to all CEMEA countries if required.
