Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation of the company's business plan, management, and other urgent company matters.
• Assist department managers in planning their department business plans.
• Prepare for business plan review meetings and report to group management.
• Assist company management in communicating with associates regarding the company business plan.
• Assist with other urgent matters and translate Japanese to English and vice versa.
• Support development of 5S, TPM, and Kaizen programs.
• Ensure safe operations.
• Establish and execute a monthly plan.
• Ensure daily control items align with the company business plan and key objectives/metrics.
• Administer performance reviews.
• Attend Management Review and ISO meetings.
• Establish and control an annual budget.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
