• Provide analytical and strategic support to the Chief Investment & Property Officer and other senior stakeholders
• Evaluate investment cases for new sites
• Track and report on investment performance, identifying key variances and suggesting improvements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support investment strategies
• Contribute to the creation and management of spend analysis
• Build and maintain data models
• Provide support and challenge to ensure ROI on capital and operational investments
