An exciting opportunity has arisen for two full-time 36-hour Business Operational Support Officers within Children Services. The posts will sit under the Children Services Business Operations team who provide support to a variety of internal and external customers across the council.
As a Business Operational Support Officer, you will undertake statutory daily administrative tasks to specific timescale and to the highest of quality. It is important that you have a good level of IT Knowledge in Word, Excel, and inputting into a database system. Prior knowledge of working with the Children Services Database, Liquid Logic, would be an advantage.
The desired candidates will have a good knowledge of administrative skills including support on complex meetings and panels, including the preparation of these meetings, minute taking and post meeting work along with other administrative tasks, working collaboratively with managers and colleagues in all areas of the service to ensure services run smoothly and efficiently.
Accuracy, organisational skills and the ability to work positively within a team are crucial skills required for this job. We are looking for candidates who have a can-do attitude with an understanding and commitment to Enfield’s core behaviours.
