We're Hiring: Business Operations Coordinator

Milton Keynes | Full-time, Office-based | Salary based on experience

We’re looking for an organized, energetic, and talented business operations coordinator to join our team.

This isn’t just an admin job — it’s your chance to work across multiple parts of the business, support senior leaders, and observe how a fast-moving company operates.

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping things on track — from contract administration to scheduling meetings, preparing sales proposals, welcoming guests, and maintaining office operations.

What you’ll do:

  • Support directors and teams with contracts, systems, and processes
  • Arrange meetings for senior management
  • Assist with sales admin, contract, and subscription management
  • Greet visitors and ensure smooth office functioning
