Business Operations Administrator

Location: Sheffield

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and seeking an office-based role where you can make a significant impact?

We’re hiring a Business Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Marston Holdings Limited is a parent company comprising eight brand entities, each specializing in key areas of our overarching business. We are the UK's largest judicial services provider and pioneers in clean air technology, offering services that support local and central government, utilities, and private sectors through market-leading, integrated, technology-enabled solutions from design and implementation to management and recovery.

What you will be doing:
  • Supporting the team in achieving KPIs
  • Carrying out tasks to facilitate our service offerings
  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders via email and phone
  • Providing support for field agents, both on the day of visits and in advance
  • Liaising with third-party contacts and managing resource bookings and cancellations
  • Performing quality checks on accounts visited by the field team
  • Assisting with office administration tasks as required
  • Packaging new field agent kits for postage
