Omnis Investments is seeking a Business Manager to enhance governance, oversight and reporting across the firm. You will coordinate strategic initiatives, support the CEO, and drive growth through effective management reporting and risk control monitoring.
Working closely with the CEO and Leadership Team, you will bridge investment, distribution, operations and compliance, delivering change initiatives and opportunities. The role is hybrid, based 3 days a week in London.
The Business Manager for Omnis is responsible for enhancing governance and oversight and ensuring robust reporting and KPI management across the business to support the improvement of investment performance and to help grow the distribution of Omnis.
The role provides strategic coordination, operational oversight, and governance support to ensure the smooth running and growth of the firm.
Working closely with the CEO, the Business Manager acts as a bridge between investment, distribution, operations, compliance, and external service providers. The role involves supporting the delivery of the strategic initiatives while maintaining strong governance and regulatory oversight.
You will support the delivery of change initiatives and sales activities to enhance targeted adviser engagement. You will also help the CEO identify new business opportunities and help drive key strategic growth initiatives
Fostering key relationships at every level of the business, this role will support the CEO and Leadership Team to deliver operational service excellence through management reporting and risk & control monitoring activities.
This is a hybrid role, based 3 days a week from our London office.
