Job summary

Verve Talent Limited is seeking a Business Manager, Operations in London within Financial Services. The role focuses on supporting a Global Operations team to ensure smooth business running and successful delivery of operational projects across regions.

You will own key processes end-to-end, drive efficiency, maintain governance documentation and help rollout new tools and systems, engaging with senior stakeholders in a matrixed international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (2:1 or equivalent).
• Experience in business operations, project management or business management.
• Proven track record delivering operational projects and process improvements.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed or international organisations.
• Exposure to Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Procurement, Technology or HR.
• Confident user of Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience within Financial Services is highly desirable.
