Job summary

West Suffolk NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Business Manager to join the Strategy & Transformation Team. Working with divisional leaders, clinicians and operations, you will apply project management, analytical and business-planning skills to support the development and delivery of business plans, CIP, and service-improvement projects.

The post holder will collaborate with senior clinicians to scope and deliver efficient, well-planned services that improve patient outcomes.

West Suffolk NHS Trust is looking for an experienced and motivated Business Manager to join the Strategy & Transformation Team.

Working closely with divisional leaders, senior clinicians and operational teams, you will use your project management, analytical and business-planning expertise to support the development and delivery of business plans, business cases, cost improvement plans and service improvement projects., The purpose of this role is to support the development and delivery clinical divisions' business plans, Cost Improvement Plans (CIPs), and agreed projects.

The post holder will work collaboratively with senior clinicians and professionals to scope, develop, and deliver efficient, well-planned, and sustainable services.

The post holder will provide technical project management expertise to support divisional triumvirates to deliver meaningful change, and evidence success.
