Seetec Group Ltd. in the UK is seeking an inspirational Team Leader to guide a team of Youth Employment Advisors helping young people aged 18-24 overcome barriers and secure sustainable employment.
You will coach staff, oversee participant journeys, drive performance against targets, and ensure safeguarding, quality and compliant service delivery while collaborating with employers and partners to create positive job outcomes.

In this role, you'll support the Business Manager to deliver outstanding performance, quality and compliance across the Youth Job Guarantee programme. You'll coach and motivate your team, oversee participant journeys, drive performance against targets, and ensure excellent standards of safeguarding, participant experience and service delivery.
We're seeking a confident leader with experience managing performance in a target-driven environment, strong coaching skills, and the ability to use data and insight to improve outcomes. Experience within employability, welfare-to-work, youth services or careers guidance would be advantageous.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with these great benefits.
Location: Dorset / Hampshire
Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30pm
