Seetec Group Ltd. is seeking an inspirational Team Leader to lead a team of Youth Employment Advisors supporting 18-24 year olds, delivering the Youth Job Guarantee programme in Somerset/Banes.
You will coach, monitor performance, use data to improve outcomes, ensure safeguarding, and work with employers to create opportunities. The role is permanent, 37 hours per week, with a salary of £34,000 per annum and a benefits package.

We're looking for an inspirational Team Leader to lead and develop a team of Youth Employment Advisors, helping young people aged 18-24 overcome barriers and secure sustainable employment opportunities. In this role, you'll support the Business Manager to deliver outstanding performance, quality and compliance across the Youth Job Guarantee programme. You'll coach and motivate your team, oversee participant journeys, drive performance against targets, and ensure excellent standards of safeguarding, participant experience and service delivery. We're seeking a confident leader with experience managing performance in a target-driven environment, strong coaching skills, and the ability to use data and insight to improve outcomes. Experience within employability, welfare-to-work, youth services or careers guidance would be advantageous.
