Upmost Group is seeking a Business Management Graduate to gain exposure across campaign delivery, strategy, performance and people management. This role offers real responsibility early on and a path to lead a team.

You will work closely with the team on planning, market analysis, strategic planning and KPI reporting, with progression based on performance, not time served.

About the role

• Getting involved in the planning and delivery of in-person marketing campaigns for our clients
• Analysing market trends and identifying new business opportunities

• Working closely with experienced members of the team and contributing ideas that actually get heard
