Job summary

Capital City College Group in Tottenham, London, is seeking a passionate Business Lecturer to deliver BTEC and T Level programs and to inspire students across levels 1–3. The role includes teaching, assessment, feedback, and supporting learners with academic and pastoral guidance.

About You

• Proven experience in business lecturering
• Strong knowledge of Business and BTEC curriculum
• Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
• A commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching

You will be required to teach across Business at level 1 through to level 3, including BTEC and T-Level qualifications, with other curriculum responsibilities that include assessment, feedback, tracking student achievement and maintaining high-quality standards.

A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one)

You should be confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and ready to inspire them to achieve their full potential.
