Job summary

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council is seeking a senior leader to drive Business Intelligence, data systems, and digital transformation within Adult Social Care. You will oversee BI and systems teams, ensuring robust data, high-quality insights, and efficient system performance to support strategic decision-making and service improvement.

The role requires strong SQL expertise, experience in complex organisations, and a track record of delivering transformation.

This is a key management role driving how Adult Social Care uses data, systems, and digital tools to deliver highquality, compliant, and efficient services.
