Job summary

BJF Group seeks a proactive BI Specialist to transform operational data into actionable insights that boost performance, compliance and client satisfaction. You will partner with operations, IT and senior leaders to build dashboards, monitor trends and drive data-led decision making across contracts.

Key duties include developing Power BI dashboards, analyzing diverse datasets and delivering reporting packs for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experienced in data analysis, reporting and performance management.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Strong understanding of operational performance metrics, KPIs and SLAs.
• Experience working with CAFM systems and asset data.
• Commercially aware with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate complex data clearly to both operational teams and senior stakeholders.
• SQL knowledge desirable.

BJF Group is looking for a proactive and analytical Business Intelligence Specialist to transform operational data into meaningful business insight that improves performance, compliance, commercial outcomes and client satisfaction.

Working closely with Operational Teams, IT and Senior Leaders, you'll develop powerful dashboards, analyse trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide the intelligence that drives better decision-making across our contracts.
