Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a data reporting and analytics professional to lead end-to-end delivery of reporting, automation and BI solutions. You will consolidate data from multiple sources, design dashboards and narratives to support decision-making and regulatory reporting, including ESG, S&P and FSSC.

The role supports flexible and hybrid working arrangements with a UK-wide presence. You may be required to spend time in the office at regional hubs and adapt to collaboration needs across teams.

Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Development, Learning and Skills Learning Impact team within our People Function, where you will play a leading role in strengthening how we gather, manage, analyse and report organisation-wide learning data.

You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of reporting, automation and business intelligence solutions, consolidating data from a range of sources. You’ll lead activity from requirements discovery and solution design through to development, testing and deployment.

We’re looking for a self-starter who enjoys solving complex data challenges and can translate data into clear dashboards, visuals and narratives that support internal decision-making and external regulatory reporting requirements, including ESG, S&P and FSSC reporting.

The working hours (per week) for this role are between 28 and 35.
