- To ensure that there are clear rules on the collection, filing, indexing and retention of customer data.
- To ensure that the Business Intelligence and Performance function produces reliable and timely data to allow the organisation to understand its performance.
- To monitor alignment of corporate and operational strategic objectives, and annual business planning actions and to co-ordinate the monitoring of delivery against plans.
- To ensure that reports are produced for staff and board level meetings in the appropriate format and by the due date.
- To co-ordinate timely and effective performance reporting for the organisation, and effectively analyse, report, review and account for performance.
- To lead on the collection and analysis of customer survey responses, developing surveys to meet the changing needs of the business.
- To understand, assess and develop the data landscape in databases and infrastructure applications.
- To use and develop data collection processes, including reviewing and validating data across databases and infrastructure applications.
- To gather end user requirements and develop dashboards and create reports, supporting users to maximise benefits and insights to inform decisions and service delivery.
- To communicate insights to senior management and across the organisation.
