Job description

  1. To ensure that there are clear rules on the collection, filing, indexing and retention of customer data.
  2. To ensure that the Business Intelligence and Performance function produces reliable and timely data to allow the organisation to understand its performance.
  3. To monitor alignment of corporate and operational strategic objectives, and annual business planning actions and to co-ordinate the monitoring of delivery against plans.
  4. To ensure that reports are produced for staff and board level meetings in the appropriate format and by the due date.
  5. To co-ordinate timely and effective performance reporting for the organisation, and effectively analyse, report, review and account for performance.
  6. To lead on the collection and analysis of customer survey responses, developing surveys to meet the changing needs of the business.
  7. To understand, assess and develop the data landscape in databases and infrastructure applications.
  8. To use and develop data collection processes, including reviewing and validating data across databases and infrastructure applications.
  9. To gather end user requirements and develop dashboards and create reports, supporting users to maximise benefits and insights to inform decisions and service delivery.
  10. To communicate insights to senior management and across the organisation.
