BBC Studios in London is seeking a commercially minded Business Intelligence Manager to steer forecasting, pricing and financial reporting across EMEA with a data-led mindset. PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £47,000 - £55,000 + London Weighting (£3,265 ) depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

The Strategy & Business Intelligence team supports BBC Studios Ad Sales by driving commercial growth, business performance and future capability through strategic insight, trusted data, connected commercial platforms and high-quality business intelligence.
This role is part of the Revenue Performance team within Strategy & Business Intelligence. The function is responsible for ensuring the EMEA sales teams are equipped with information and insights to enable them to maximise their sales efforts. The role also leads on global projects, including ensuring our rate card is priced so that the yield of our advertising inventory is optimised.
Working across Sales, Data Solutions, Product, Technology and Senior Leadership, the function spans many far-reaching areas of the business and uses this unique view to offer an important perspective on commercial decisions. It ensures pricing decisions and financial forecasts are rooted in robust data and the latest business context.
We are looking for a commercially minded and data literate Business Intelligence Manager who is enthusiastic about being involved in forecasting, sales strategy and harnessing data across multiple systems.
This is a role where curiosity and collaboration are key. Working across multiple diverse stakeholders in a broad and complicated business means great exposure and requires strong adaptability and communication skills.
Whilst regular reporting is a part of the role, we are looking for someone who can seek opportunities in automation to free up time to analyse other areas of the business and push for change. There is large scope for up-skilling in technical skills. This role has exposure to senior levels of leadership.
