PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £36,000-£42,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. Plus London Weighting Allowance £5,441 on top of the base salary. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

As a Data Governance Analyst, you will help embed robust data governance and quality practices across BBC Studios. Working with business, data and platform teams, you will clarify data ownership, support standards and controls, improve metadata and documentation, and help colleagues use data confidently and responsibly. Your work will strengthen accountability, improve data quality and enable teams to derive greater value from data.
Join a collaborative team shaping how data is governed and used across a complex global media business. You will work with senior stakeholders, data owners and technical teams, influence practical governance solutions, and help build a culture of clear accountability and trusted data. The role offers broad exposure across BBC Studios and the opportunity to develop your expertise in data governance, data quality, metadata and data management.
