Building Business Intelligence & Data Engineering Teams for Clients in the UK

Location: Nottingham / Hybrid

Are you excited about working with, understanding, and manipulating large data sets to deliver reports? If you enjoy this as well as using Power BI, then please carry on reading!

What you will be doing in the role:

1. Creating and delivering a project plan to replace legacy spreadsheets with new reports.
2. Presenting new reports to stakeholders at all levels.
3. Working with the business to deliver reports and dashboards in Power BI.
4. Creating new tables within BigQuery for reports and analysis.
5. Helping users understand the reports and underlying data, answering questions as needed.
6. Collaborating within the Commercial Finance and wider Finance teams.

What we need from you:

1. Experience with ETL processes.
2. Strong analytical mindset.
3. Experience building reports and dashboards with a BI tool (Power BI preferred).
4. Advanced Microsoft Power BI skills are desirable.
5. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
6. Experience with BigQuery, Dataform, and SQL.
7. Understanding of data pipelines is advantageous.
