Job Title: BI Developer

Location: Birmingham area (1 day per week in office)

About the role: We’re working with a purpose-driven healthcare organisation supporting thousands across the UK. They are investing heavily in data, digital, and technology to expand their impact. They’re hiring a BI Developer to help simplify processes, provide insights at scale, and enable better, more personalised care.

Responsibilities:

  • Building dashboards in Power BI
  • Collaborating with clinical, operational, and digital teams to define reporting needs
  • Creating accurate data models
  • Managing ETL pipelines in an Azure environment
  • Supporting data literacy across the organisation

You will work closely with the Head of BI and a team of architects, developers, and analysts passionate about building impactful systems.

Requirements:

  • Confidence in writing and optimizing SQL

  • Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Passion for using data to make a positive impact
  • Bonus: experience with Alteryx or a willingness to learn and embed new tools
