  • Oversee the migration and improvement of legacy reports.
Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Management
  • Gather, document, and prioritise reporting requirements across multiple departments.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for BI developers.
  • Define and maintain a central catalogue of KPIs and metrics to ensure consistent reporting.
  • Monitor report usage and adoption, ensuring outputs meet business needs and provide actionable insights.
Data Governance & Documentation
  • Own and maintain the cross‑functional data dictionary.
  • Design and implement a reporting governance framework to standardise processes and outputs.
  • Map data lineage from source to report, identifying dependencies and assessing change impacts.
  • Document data sources, pipelines, and outputs in Confluence.
Data Validation & Quality Assurance
  • Collaborate across teams to validate data pipelines, ETL processes, and report accuracy.
  • Test and troubleshoot reports, ensuring high data quality.
  • Contribute to automated data quality checks and reconciliation processes.
Continuous Improvement & User Enablement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline BI processes and enhance automation.
  • Provide training and support to business users on self‑service BI tools.
  • Champion data literacy and self‑service analytics across the business.
About You
  • A strong communicator who can bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Detail‑oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem‑solving.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excited to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Curious about emerging BI trends, tools, and best‑practice.
Your Experience
  • 1–2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst (or similar) within a BI or data team.

  • Retail or consumer industry experience is an advantage.
