Responsibilities

• Provide clear and appropriate advice to business clients on insurance cover.
• Manage strong relationships with existing clients to achieve renewal targets.
• Negotiate terms and quotations efficiently for policy renewals.
• Identify and recommend relevant additional products aligned to clients’ needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and underwriters, with a clear understanding of appetites, classes, and niche sectors
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company procedures
• Consistently prioritise the fair treatment of customers, actively applying the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and Consumer Duty in all business activities
