Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Business Improvement Specialist to support continuous improvement across Major Projects and Highways, with a focus on the M25 DBFO scheme. You will drive productivity, safety and efficient delivery by refining processes and implementing lean methods.
Key responsibilities include analysing current practices, mapping value streams, training teams, and delivering evidence-based improvements with a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions and stakeholder engagement.

Base location can be ether South Mimms, Leatherhead or Dartford
This role will be to support, manage and deliver continuous improvement and efficiency projects across Major Projects and Highways. This role will be specifically to support the Highways Connect Plus Services M25 DBFO scheme. The improvement projects will focus on process improvements that drive productivity, improve safety, and create effective and efficient ways of delivery.
