Working with leaders, programme teams and stakeholders, you'll identify opportunities to improve performance, develop organisational capability and deliver sustainable change that supports strategic and operational objectives. Day-to-day, you'll have an exciting opportunity to lead a team of business improvement specialists while directly influencing major transformation initiatives. You'll combine leadership, coaching and delivery expertise to improve ways of working, solve complex business challenges and contribute to programmes that support the UK's defence sector. This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with a minimum onsite presence of two days per week.
